This association works for the well-being of families and people with special needs in Burkina Faso. We aim to gradually create a well-equipped center for children with special needs, considering a variety of items that aid in meeting their physical, emotional and cognitive needs, including playful, educational, therapeutic and medical facilities.
Creating a safe place for children to be, enjoy, learn and play
The goal of this association is to create a safe place that people with special needs can go to, enjoy, learn and play. There are no similar places in Burkina Faso, which is a big loss.
Fighting prejudices against children with disabilities for an inclusive society
In our societies, children with special needs continue to face silent discrimination, fueled by preconceived ideas and misconceptions. These stereotypes, often driven by fear of difference and lack of knowledge, hinder their development and integration into the community. Yet, every child, whether with a disability or not, deserves the same opportunities to live, learn, and fully thrive.
